KPMG Luxembourg Foundation launches its donation requests campaign for 2010
The KPMG Luxembourg Foundation will carry out its project selection process for 2010 and requests interested associations to submit their requests for sponsorship, in the following manner:
The KPMG Luxembourg Foundation regularly receives charitable donation requests. We are pleased to help charitable organisations and wish it were possible to honour all of these requests as they are all for very worthwhile causes. Please note that all requests are given serious consideration. Organisations seeking a donation from the Foundation should adhere to the following criteria and procedures:
- All requests must meet the general project selection criteria outlined below.
- All requests must be typed on organisation, association letterhead. Requests may be submitted in English, French or German (if documents are available in more than one language, then please provide them).
- All requests must be mailed to KPMG Luxembourg Foundation, 9 allée Scheffer, L-2520 Luxembourg, marked for the attention of Mme Jane Wilkinson. Additionally all requests should be emailed to the Foundation email address: kpmgfoundation@kpmg.lu
- All requests must include the following project and financial information:
- Latest annual accounts of the association
- Outline of the proposed project plan and budget for the specific project where a donation is sought. Wherever possible the NGO is expected to call first for government money, second for a contribution from the beneficiaries, if possible, and third for donor’s money.
- Please include the organisation's contact person (name, phone number, and address).
- Requests should be submitted preferably by 31 January 2010 in order to be sure to be considered in 2010.
- We will not be able to fulfil requests received which do not include the above information.
We expect the project review process to be completed by mid April 2010, at which time, each project will receive a confirmation whether their project has been selected for sponsorship.
