Objectives of the KPMG Foundation ?

Our mission is to live up to the KPMG values in

• Establishing solidarity with the weaker members of society both locally and internationally;
• Inspiring KPMG people to engage with significant local and international community issues, as leaders, volunteers and supporters;
• Encouraging our people to engage with the big issues facing the world today;
• Working together to achieve our community goals.

We are looking for ways to help KPMG people to think innovatively about social problems and we are embedding citizenship as a vital part of our "Employer of Choice" strategy.

There are some themes that unite all KPMG staff around the world and the KPMG International Board has agreed that these themes will provide a framework for each of our firms around the world. This is equally the case for KPMG in Luxembourg and the creation of the Foundation is a small part of our global effort.
